Shipping to the US

As you know, the “de minimis” rule for goods imported into the United States was abolished on...
August 29. This means that customs duties must be paid when importing goods into the US. Currently, I can only offer DDP shipping with my carrier (Transglobal Express) and USPS. Customs duties are automatically calculated during the checkout process in our shop.
It works the same as before with my shipping company and USPS. The only thing that is new is the customs duties. I have to pay your customs duties to Transglobal Express, and they forward them to the US authorities. The only change is that you pay the customs fees in advance, but in return, the package is delivered directly to your home. This means you don't have to wait forever and go to customs/the post office to pick up your package and pay the fees. We have been using this method since September and it works perfectly.
If Austrian Post offers a good and affordable solution again, we will add it back to our shop. We will keep you updated here.
